we are hiring for an OFFICE MANAGER to manage our warehouse team + oversee systems + functions of our warehouse floor. this is a part time position located at our warehouse in lindon, utah. managerial experience required.

responsibilities :

• oversee the flow + function of our office + warehouse 

• quickly solve any issues that may arise 

• manage employees day to day tasks + ensure all tasks are done accurately + efficiently 

• be the main point of contact for all employees + managers for office related information 

• work closely with the owner on various tasks + projects 

• organization of our office + warehouse floor

• oversee processes of our shipping + receiving team

• light cleaning + organization of zoco offices, studio + warehouse 

qualifications : 

  • high school diploma 
  • experience in fashion retail preferred but not required  
  • highly organized + motivated
  • exceptional leadership skills
  • works well in a fast-paced environment  
  • takes direction + adapts quickly to new procedures   
  • ability to use + manage spreadsheets, documents, + lists in an efficient format
  • strong communication skills
  • active listening skills  
  • excellent problem solving skills
  • ability to multitask daily  
  • stamina to do physical labor on your feet in the warehouse space for the majority of your shift
  • able to work in a timely + efficient manner

shipping + facilities assistant

we are hiring for a WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT to assist in the daily flow of our warehouse floor. this is a part time position located at our warehouse in lindon, utah. warehouse + shipping experience preferred but not required.

responsibilities :  

  • shipping daily orders ensuring efficiency + accuracy.
  • incoming freight inventory, including inspection of garments for damages, errors in orders + incorrect inventory. 
  • heavy lifting of packages + inventory.
  • organization of our warehouse floor.  
  • photoshoot prep of all clothing. including steaming + making sure garments are photoshoot ready in all aspects. 
  • cleaning + organization of zoco offices, studio + warehouse spaces weekly.  
  • miscellaneous tasks (errand running, purchasing of supplies, soda runs) may be required as needed.

  • manage our customer service email 
  • identify + assess customers’ needs to achieve ultimate satisfaction
  • provide accurate, valid + complete information by using the right methods + tools
  • keep records of customer interactions
  • process all customer returns 
  • follow communication procedures, guidelines + policies
  • interact with customers that visit our HQ + help them in any way needed
  • go the extra mile to ensure our customers are taken care of
  • help out our shipping + facilities team with anything needed
